Refunds may be considered if:
Request is made within 7 days of purchase
Work has not been substantially completed
Service does not meet agreed specifications
The following are non-refundable:
Fully completed projects
Customized and approved artwork
Express delivery fees
If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on work done.
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email with order details and reasons.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters through mutual discussion before legal action.
